                        Mr. Jack is a graduate of Polytechnic University, having earned his Bachelor of Science                         degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1997                       

                        Frank Rougier, Director of Engineering and IT, NABS, Inc.                                        
                        Mr. Rougier is a graduate of Polytechnic University having earned his Bachelor of
                        Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1999 and his Master of Science degree in
                        2003.
